We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping anywhere within the United States, no matter how much you order.

Free Shipping Threshold:
Spend $100 or more in one order, and we’ll ship your package FREE—no code needed.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. This means your package will be on its way to you in no time. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Local Pickup Option:
If you’re nearby, skip the shipping and choose FREE local pickup in Gainesville at checkout. We’ll send you an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. This is a great option if you need your purchase quickly or want to save on shipping costs.

Shipping Carriers:
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and weight of your order. Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to accept returns for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

• Timeframe: You must request your exchange and have the return postmarked within 10 days from your original date of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags still attached. Clothing must be free from odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear or damage.

• Proof of Purchase: Your original receipt must be included with the return package.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and sale reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Accessories (hats, scarves, etc.)

• Non-clothing items

• Shoes

• Jewelry 

• Intimates and swimwear

• Leggings

• Sale and clearance merchandise

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns and exchanges. This includes the original shipping cost and the return shipping back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Processing Exchanges & Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange. Store credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase. If exchanging for a different size or item, please note that inventory is subject to availability.
