Your happiness matters to us, and we truly hope you love your Bella Bliss purchase. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns work:
Returns
- Items may be returned for store credit only, issued as a digital gift card.
- We do not offer refunds.
- Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery based on tracking.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage
- With all original tags still attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale or clearance items
- Jewelry
- Home goods or gifts
- Intimates (including bras, seamless camis, swimsuits)
- Socks, scarves, belts, hats, hair accessories
- Beauty products
- Gift cards
Shoes
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside another shipping box.
- Please do not tape or place labels directly on the shoe box.
Shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
- Bella Bliss is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend keeping your tracking number.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please email us within 10 days of the original delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are happy to provide a return label for your convenience; however, the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.
How to Return
Include a note in your package with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Email address
- Reason for return

Processing
- Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return and emailed to you.
- Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. We recommend purchasing the new item and using your store credit toward a future order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can take care of you.
