We accept returns for exchange or store credit ONLY if the following are met:
- Exchanges must be requested and post-marked to us within 10 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Must be accompanied by original receipt
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, swimwear, leggings, sale/clearance items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

If you’re nearby, skip the shipping and choose FREE local pickup in Gainesville at checkout. We’ll send you an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. This is a great option if you need your purchase quickly or want to save on shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
